I'm Bob Troyer and I'm the founder of RT 322, a product management consulting firm created to deliver fast, easy-to-use digital experiences with a laser focus on things that matter most.
My Story
I have over 20 years of experience in financial services and have spent the past 12 years focused on building digital systems and tools that automate and streamline manual tasks for small businesses, banks, investors, and asset managers. I am passionate about creating great products that solve complex problems and building strong relationships and friendships along the way.
Prior to forming RT 322, I spent my career in operational, relationship management, business development, and strategy roles before finding my passion in product management in 2011. My experience includes work at Sidley Austin, LaSalle Bank, Bank of America, U.S. Bank, and SmartBiz.

An alumnus of Northwestern University, I graduated in June 2001 with a B.A. in Economics and became a CFA charter holder in June 2007. In addition to my professional work, I serve as a Keystone Board Member of the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab, renowned as the premier physical rehabilitation hospital in the U.S.
